Prepare your body & mind to give birth, find ease and strength in your pregnancy, gain trust in your body & intuition, build community.

Pregnancy is phase of constant growth. It is a time of change and preparation. A time to hone in on our truths and set clear and confident boundaries.

When we tend to our physical body we lay the foundation for our mind to find rest and our heart to have more space. 

Building the relationship between our body and breath gives us a deeper capacity and willingness to accept challenge. 

Strengthening our structure is what provides the container to fully soften and surrender. 

This 4 class series will focus on

  • building stability and alignment in your structure

  • ways to address common physical discomforts of pregnancy

  • practices that create tissues that yield in preparation for birth

  • breath work for ease in the body & mind and techniques to use in labor

  • deepening the connection to your body & baby and self-guided movement

  • space for group sharing and reflection

You will complete this series with a deeper sense of embodiment, a simple routine for you to keep practicing throughout your pregnancy and tools for you to bring into your birth.
