Once you feel ready to emerge from your cocoon of a bed, the massage table is the perfect place to roll onto 

You will be met with with cozy sheets, touch that meets your body’s needs, deep in the places that are aching for relief, gentle in the places that need to be soothed

I incorporate deep tissue, moving the body as we work and gentle belly & womb massage with herbal oil

Pauses and adjustments always made for a babe who needs to nurse

A time for you to be held, with no rush, no need to excuse the dripping breasts or the bleeding womb

A space to breathe, to rest, to undo the knots, to be in your new and healing body
